130 E Carter Rd: This asset originally was zoned for RH-3 (25 Residential Lots); we went through the approval and entitlement of the rezoning process to maximize development capacity and obtained a rezoning of 41 houses. In turn, we obtained an LOI from the national builder, KB Home.

The Property is located at 1506 Olive Street, Lakeland, Florida. This 8.2-acre property is currently zoned RA-4 (Single Family) and I-1 (Light Industrial). Property is located in an “Opportunity Zone”.
